automatic machine are given the very best of treatment by putting
ultrasonic top and bottom stopper to make the zipper nickel
free and to give the zip an amazing finish using non-toxic
paint in the painting of slider and AZO free
colors are used to dye the zippers. Pressure dying is used for colour
fastness.
GUIDELINES:
All VNY Zippers
are manufactured and dyed in High-Temperature, High-Pressure
Dyeing systems. This makes our products to maintain and meet
with the International Quality Standards.
Here, we are give some advised kindly pay attention
to the following mention points
to avoid any damage.
After industrial washing the garment must be
thoroughly washed and dried to avoid
Staining.
Users must test a sample garment in a chemical wash
to avoid any undesirable effects.
A heated iron should never directly contact with the
zipper teeth . Always iron when the zipper is closed.
Strong alkaline detergents or chlorine bleaching
wash can result in discoloration of the tape, teeth or slider . It is
suggested to test before washing.
In Aluminum zippers, it is advised not to make
chemical wash. It results the hard running of the slider.
